Again thanks for this posting. I bought 5000 shares of BSFE in December on the suggestion of my broker who looks for under valued situations. He thought that given what BSFE does, that it would be a reasonable speculation since the price was below 1 and the services they provided were, he felt, vital to any area where land fills were full and very much needed. At the time I bought I had no idea of law suits, but I am not surprised given the nature of the services involving land fills and the fact that people in Mass seem to be poised to sue at the drop of a hat. I have friends in Cohasset, Mass and it seems to me they are always telling me about some legal matter going on in their town.

I plan to keep this stock through thick and thin since I believe that after all is said and done this company will prevail and make money.
