Two screens requires two graphics cards

or one card that supports two screens.

In Win98 if you have two cards/ two screens or a card that supports two screens, you will see the second screen come up with a message during boot-up that indicates it is active.

If it doesn't come up then you need to install a driver from the graphicss card manufacturer that is able to support the dual screen.

If it does come up after you get your Windows screen double click anywhere on the default screen (the one with icons) where there isn't an icon and you will get the display section of your control panel menu. There you will see two screens. you need to set up the resolution etc. for your second monitor. Some graphics boards manufacturers have options for how to set up the second screen.

If you set up the second screen as an extension of the first then all you have to do is open the ReelTick on one screen and drag it over to the other screen and you will be able to use your first screens for your browser.
