PC Quote is a cash-strapped company and they are looking for help in the way of partners. If they were rich they probably would have more capacity to handle the periods of heavier volume and more staff. I imagine that their business is an expensive one to administer and maintain -- otherwise they'd have more money.

I think you actually may get better tech support if you get your feed through one of the better brokers.

Also, 56K will not provide the throughput you need for following heavy markets with level II and charts. Real Tick behaves very differently with a fast connection.
