I don't understand the logic behind the last few days of trading

The 'buying' or 'selling' which took place the other day was
well calculated and executed so as not to affect the price
significantly. Most transactions took place midway between the bid and the ask with buys and sells just seconds apart.
The timing, just one day after the court
filing, is surprising. The judge was supposed to have depositions
in hand on March 4th. A decision would then take place upon
review of the data presented. Rulings on the case before the
predetermined date are unlikely, unless the judge was ruling
on a motion filed by either party. It is for this reason that
I suspect that BNEZ may have lost the motion to include other
parties as defendants (which they had hoped to do) in this trial.
They probably have the right to sue them separately, but that
would cost more money.
Another possibility is that a settlement
was achieved which involved shares of stock?
Another possibility is that shares were sold for the purpose
of advertising and the timing was just coincidental.

Either way...Why is the bid up? There is no information that
we have that would encourage accumulation. All of the allegations
regarding the trial are negative. Sparco hasn't sold a copy of
PMA all week and there isn't any advertising. So why is
the bid up?
