I am glad to hear you got a response. I called the company a couple of weeks ago. First, I got no answer. Then I spoke with Anette and asked 3 or 4 questions. She couldn't or wouldn't answer any of them...she said she had to speak with Bob Bell and promised to get back in touch with me with answers.

Anette, I know you read this thread and I have not heard a word from you. (PA caller and we talked about skiing at Whistler)

Still waiting...looking for a reason to jump in but the company isn't helping out.
