Ken -- This is a battle of perceptions and nothing more. Anyone who's followed NN for the past 12 months knows they've been moving away from any reliance on Siemens' products. The reverse is also true. To borrow from James Cramer, your intelligence would have to be on permanent vacation not to realize they'd develop their own portfolio. They've just taken their time doing it. Through my sources at BT and at a major RBOC, I know NN's technology is second to none, including CSCO and ASND. Siemens isn't a contender. If anyone thinks NN's not aware of Siemens' upcoming press events, they're living on another planet. I know Wall Street types aren't known for creative thinking, but, even my cat could figure this one out. Pat
