Steve writes: The one thing Yahoo lacks -- as does AOL -- is the guarantee of broadband carriage. That's because the cable guys that own the coaxial backbone play by their own rules and @Home has beat everyone to the punch here. Steve, what exactly do you mean? Yahoo is typically accessed over the Internet via whatever access is available. AOL is commonly accessed by a direct connection to AOL-owned access hardware. If I am at @Home user, I can go to www.yahoo.com for free, just as I can freely go anywhere else on the Internet I wish to visit. Yahoo has broadband carriage just as surely as www.internetstocks.com has it. Randy
