Steve, what exactly do you mean? Yahoo is typically accessed over the Internet via whatever access is available. AOL is commonly accessed by a direct connection to AOL-owned access hardware.

If I am at @Home user, I can go to www.yahoo.com for free, just as I can freely go anywhere else on the Internet I wish to visit. Yahoo has broadband carriage just as surely as www.internetstocks.com has it.
