This "order" is twice the value of Dermaguard

Let's see...150K shares of NBMX for 5% of Dermaguard stock...at the current NBMX share value of $.105 values 5% of Dermaguard at $15,750 and 100% of Dermaguard at $315,000.

This is exactly half the value of the $630,000 "order" or the amount of the order is twice the value of Dermaguard.....
