There's also a difference between thinking there's something wrong with a company and thinking there's something wrong with the price that people are paying for the stock issued by the company. That's the problem all around. Amazon and Yahoo are wonderful operations, and Dell is the premier supplier of PCs. It's not the fault of the company that people are paying way too much for their stock, and being the smart people they are, insiders are selling. If you really think that the people running the companies are intelligent, the thing to do is to do what they do.
