TASC had a decent article in March on Bollinger Bands and usage with other indicators like RSI, OBV and Money Flow. Some interesting comparisons of buy & hold vs. long (trading only) vs. long/short (trading). Shows how/why such approaches work well on ranging stocks and how trading can do so much better in such stocks. The one example where buy and hold excelled was with IBM's chart and that was a trending stock, thus why the above indicators didn't work as well. I've found trading range bound stocks can be very profitable.
