Now I remember..Checked with my clearing firm at the time
and it was impossible to borrow common to short against a long
PLCOP position..I wanted to sit in the trade until the PLCOP
was convertible and convert out..only way I was willing to play..

Jim in CT..that's why the spread is so wide .. all the stock
that can be 'borrowed' has been borrowed.. I just checked with
'stock loan' and they have a permanent 'fail' on this one
