Roy, AOL is more valuable by itself, I feel good that
ATT finally clears the rumor out. AOL will be bigger and
growing faster by partnerships, consider this:

MCI, SPRINT, BELLs, TWX and TELco of all foreign countries
can make partnership with AOL, but not if AOL is part of ATT!

ATT is too old and too big to make quick move, AOL is
young and aggressive, it fits the Internet industry very
well.

There are a lot of Cable operators here and foreign countries,
I trust AOL's management will work aggressively in that area,
with their eyeball sizes (the only thing counts in e-commerce)
who doesn't want to get the benefit of instant swimming pleasure
in the sea of eyeballs provided by AOL.
