Gary, Even if they can convince large customers that they can provide service, they would then have to hire pricey technicians to run that operation. The concept they use for pcs, calling some local technician who shows up when he has the time, won't work in this market, IMHO. And I think there is no doubt that Dell is running this flurry of new strategies up the flag pole to see if anyone salutes. I mean, anyone other than the Dell-nialists. And he wouldn't be doing it if the old game wasn't falling apart. Big time.
