Yea, everybody that is selling. :)

"Anyone concerned here that the competition that has been announced in the last week is going to kill the stock. (dell and msft both announced)"

The recent MSFT announcements are not a direct threat to BYND. MSFT is doing two things:

1. They are saying that they are developing software to enable electronic commerce, and encouraging smaller companies to become involved in e-commerce. (e.g. they are going to try to sell MSFT software to them...)

2. They are getting more involved with e-commerce on their web sites, including MSN, Sidewalk, etc. There was NO indication, though, that MSFT was going to be getting directly involved - that is, it will still be third parties doing the actual sales. The only thing here that could potentially hurt BYND is the comparative sales agent, but I think that's more likely to help them, since their prices are generally pretty good.

Keep in mind that they had just announced a couple of weeks ago that BYND was one of four vendors selected to sell software at Microsoft's sites. It's unlikely that they are going to do a 180 on that.
