RE: Reasons to Buy/Sell (Mike) Mike, you replied "A sht company, sht management" or something to that effect. Please quantify your assertions. Aside from perhaps your unrealized loss in the short period you have owned the Company (i.e. less than 5 years). Is there weakness in the fundamentals? Will revenues and EBITDA slow or decline and why? You mentioned Chapter 11 - what makes you think they cannot manage their debt burden? Any insight into their relationship with their lenders? And why six months. Please show us that would be great - do you have a good model on excel you can cut and paste from? Thanks again.
