Until the legal issues surrounding my death are complete, my belongings remain mine.
At any rate, society should have NOTHING to do with my last will and testament. It's a family (or friend) thing. My death passes the legal nature of my being on to my next of kin or whomever I deem as the recipient.
Once that occurs, that person essentially assumes my goods/services as his/her own.
ONLY IF I leave no family AND no will, should society play a role in my affairs after my death.

What I posted establishes far more than an assertion. It points to the very essence of the issue.

How would you prefer I establish a "virtue" to support property rights (assuming a virtue is needed)?
