To skipper:
This at first glance seems pretty significant. What I can't figure out is the pricing of this acquisition. It seems that GTR is buying this company for about two months sales and at a p/e for FY2000 of less than two times.

Is there anything that would indicate why this company is being sold so cheaply? Are there any catches?
