I asked SETO today about the rumor out about them finding a new IR firm, they replied and here's the summary. They have definitely NOT found a IR firm and if they did the deal would be mostly or all cash, very little or no stock. The next IR firm that promises and swears that they are long term investors and will not dump stock will be on a long list of unethical immoral business groups that they will not deal with ever again. They would rather pay for the service and fire them when they do not perform. There might be a good one out there but they do not know one that would not dump. They will keep looking. Regards, KZAP
