Yes I did, SB, again, it is just doesnt make sense to assume that Dell is "giving away the store" here....I'm not sure if it is a case of Dell only showing some (but not enough) their process for it to matter, or if you are able to show all of your process to a competitor (because, even if you see it all...by the time you try to copy...if that is even possible....and implement it....Dell is again 2 years ahead of you)... Doesn't matter to me which is the case (or some other explanation)...Dell is not "giving away the store"..Wouldn't make sense...I only worry about those things that make sense...
