The well has always been permitted for Class II waste (salt water from drilling). When they went for Class V (non-hazardous industrial liquid) approval they quit disposing of Class II. I have no idea why or why they are not now. I think there may still be some environmental issues for the Class V but do not know for sure. People in the area that drive by the well each day occasionally call to let me know that my investment is still just sitting there. Occasionally there will be a pickup there but no tankers dumping waste. I patiently keep an eye on it because I can see its potential to make profit.
