Could the lawsuit by Intuit have anything to do with the deal signed by Billserv (BLLS), I saw this post on YAhoo.

If they were pissed offed about the potal deal the law suite would have hit 2 weeks ago. The fact is it hit on the heals of the billserv. contract wich is direct competition to
intuits small to medium sized market opps. <<

Could Intuit be scared about the future of BLLS and CKFR, are they worried about losing more market share to this new up and comer. If this is the case I want to buy more BLLS.
