This makes no sense, unless Lehman is stupid enough to have just found this out!

Lehman expects the Intuit lawsuit will be settled….

Well then, why cut if they believe settlement is imminent?

CheckFree's inquiry rate could jump to as high as 2 percent in the near-term as more people begin using electronic bill payment services -

Historically, inquiry rates jump any time a new service, not just CheckFree's is MASS ADOPTED! Then as customers learn the ropes it goes back down just as fast!

Skeptic that I am, makes me wonder what kind of relationship Lehman has with MS/FDC/CITI, individually or collectively!
