you confirm what i've been trying to say...no secrets in bto...it's all in the execution...dell can give ibm all the help it requires,you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.... not easy to change ingrained attitudes and work habits of long time employees...people will do what they have always done...because there is comfort in familiarity and with familiarity comes a perceived job security....how long did it take uaw workers to somewhat adapt to jit?????ed a.
