O'Brien,

The latest info we both seem to have
dates back from 96, 97.

Here's the boards % numbers

Currier Kenneth 2.28 %
Currier Susan 1.34 %
Leary Timothy .50 % (isn't he dead LOL)
Noell Charles .41 %

It looks like the board and founders of
the company want to do the deal. According
to the PR, they get to keep their jobs.

Lousy PR who wrote it?, is it a cash deal,
cash and shares or what?. Either way your
stock is in play. A bidding war is a possibility.
GTIS has a value division, but recently bought
Legend, and already has a large float. Sierra
has a value division but it's parent company
HAVAS is busy closing divisions and canning games.
Mattel could be a player to, with them buying
the Learning company they are also in Value
software.

Once the fur stops flying and i know what the
real deal is, buying your company at these prices
is a deal. One thing ATVI does is when it sets out
to get a company it always seems to get it.
