Joan, all my pals, Great news my Wife got a "get out of hell free" card, nothing to worry about. A lump that is nothing to worry about, a result of the radiation of the breast. I thank God for the great Doctors we have. My Wife is now close to four years after the end of her treatment, her odds are getting better each day.
The main thing is life can get back to normal. I know my Wife and I are back to normal from a conversation we had when I took her to lunch after the test.
MRS BLUE, "Do you know what I have to do?"
BLUE "Honey, you just got some great news, the only thing you've got to do is have some fun."
MRS BLUE "I know, I'm going skiing twice next week".
Like I said back to normal, I do love normal.
I'm drinking a long necked Henry Weinhard Orange Cream Soda and toasting the good news as I type. If I could I'd buy you all a cyber round of Henrys right now. Belly up to the bar and knock em down, there are plenty more where that one came from.
