Louis - You wrote, ". . .[DELL] acted like they didn't even know what TDFX was!" when you called them about installing a 3D board in a PC. DELL's recent mass media adverts (at least in the Wash DC area) list, by name, ATI cards on their low end desktops and STB/nVIDIA on the high end. One would think the order clerks would have the same info so they could accurately configure telephone order PCs that result from the adverts. Maybe the order clerk you got didn't know from TDFX but might have remembered seeing STB or nVIDIA on his or her checksheet. Regards, Harry
