Hi Thomas, I think it is still overhang from the unexercised warrants and the companies low cash level. The warrants were extended until March 9, at which time they expire. The stock probably will not get to +$4.25, and if it did (as before) the owners of Wts. will likely short and exercise to pocket the spread. I think it's the old chicken and egg. If you have cash the market will pay up as you have some "life". Without cash, the market waits and monitors the burn rate. They need to arrange some short term financing until the revenue stream kicks in. They probably were counting on the warrants so we will hopefully see what Plan B is now. Regards, Kaiser...
