Look at what happened at Level One. One analyst downgraded it and it went down by 5.5 points on literally no news. Same day Intel takes over for twice the price. I think too much is made of these downgrades, the analysts get one in ten right which can be attributed to chance. Even ITWO went down by 11 ponints on no news, today it is back up by 4 dollars. I think too many people panic on these downgrades and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. A good day to buy IMHO. Mo
