And they are using that money to exspand look at the Link I just gave you. And if anyone is worried about a Reverse Split Don't! When the took over the company part of the agreement is that they could not RS till next Year. it's in the SEC filings. This is a CLASS operation.

BTW a Planned Sell and a Sell are not the same thing. They got three months to sell with in that period. So they may be getting ready to cash in on the upcoming rush to buy. The sales this month have been from past managment look at thelast PR it is spelled out. Thes people are not your typical Penny pimps. They are honest and hard working.
