I remember buying TLC at $19 and watching it sliding to $5. Then I sold at $15 only to see it over $30 in few months.
CPU is in huge trouble. They really have to get rid of the old management, develop web sales, get their act together.
CPU can trade as low as $5 but not for too long. If you have at least one year horizon you should be buying around $5 for 200%-500% appreciation over next year or two. But of course I would not invest more than 5% of the portfolio. It is not a good trading stock imo.
