Jim, RE: How do I go about authorizing him[Cleve] to vote my shares for me in my absence? I see your last question was not directly addressed. FSAAA went through this exercise last time around so the mechanism is well defined and ready to go. For now, if you want to group your voting power with FSAAA, just hang onto your proxy. The detailed announcement of the procedures will occur in a timely fashion. If you plan to be traveling or otherwise unable to respond when the time comes, please send a private email to Dan Provost, Dick Lee, or even respond back to me. We'll get you the specifics in advance of a general release. In the meantime, watch for "interesting" developments, brought to you by FSAAA. To all: Everyone else who has not supported the legal trust fund should again consider FSAAA in light of the recent developments.
