This is strange -- the press release stating the $2.65
buyout is dated Wednesday night. Yet we see a Briefing
rumor at 1:40 PM Thursday, and no big change in XPRT's
stock price today. That should change at the open.

The deal won't close until June, but an arbitrage of
30% is worth locking in for 3 months of doing nothing
but monitoring whether the deal progresses.
