I'll never understand why people make knee jerk reactions like selling because of an insider sell without looking at it in perspective. These people have most of their personal wealth tied to stock options and periodically make transactions in the course of living. Buy or sell on value changes in the BUSINESS and not because of something that's probably not any of your business! I agree with your descriptive that this is drivel.
