Rocky exaggerates things to get his message across the huge pile of Bulls but he has been very correct in his bearishness from 1997 onwards. No one can predict the exact $$ movement but the direction is important. The direction of IOM from mid 96 has been down down with occasional sucker rallies. Guess what? Every time, that sucker rally happened, Rocky was right there to tell us. Amazing!! -senthil
