The company also finalized plans for the sale of five varieties of its own SoupChef(r) brand of international gourmet soups, prepared by Fouad El Hashimi, the noted Moroccan born chef who has been covered extensively in media as the rival of the "Soup Nazi" of Seinfeld TV fame. El Hashimi has selected five of his most exotic and flavorful soups and will offer them in a sampler package consisting of one quart of each of the selected soups.
