I emailed nasdaq to find the status on CGCOC and here's the response I got. Thank you for your e-mail. Unfortunately we are not liberty at disclose the status on a particular company. We do have some trading halts that are "extended" halts, that is they have in fact been halted for some time under the current official reason of "pending additional information requested by Nasdaq". Most of these issues are originally halted for news pending situations and due to the nature of the news, further questions are raised regarding whether they continue to meet Nasdaq listing requirements. This is part of the longer term assessment done by Listing Qualifications or Listing Investigations. A trading remains halted until Listing Qualifications says it's okay to resume trading or it will be delisted. For any further general information on the review process, I'd refer you to Listing Qualifications at 202-496-2600.
