I actually, agree with all of it. I might add that SEG's management doesn't know how it affect them either. No one knows the exact details of the deal. I think, think that the bond market is beginning to turn. I noticed today that the steady stream of crap on CNBC is becoming positive. An analyst, right now, is saying that the market could skate by this without much damage. Saying upside in oil. Two days ago same guy was saying he would be more comfortable with a Dow of 8500. They need to change momentum. They want all of us on the edge of our seats about tomorrow's employment report which is really two mos. old anyway. A former fed Gov. turned analyst is saying the Fed. won't raise rates unless it sees inflation. No inflation, no rate increases. Yesterday it was a different song.

I will stick with what I've said. SEG is traditionally, a laggard to the tech sector. The bond market has completed its refunding of Treasuries. They must raise bond prices to make any money. So interest rates must and should come down. Real rates are almost unrealistic at this level. Retailing is very good and that's a real change. You will notice that SEG went against the market yesterday and today. The target is lower. 24-1/2. When it reaches the target it will turn on a dime. 1hr.-2 days. I have seen all this before. De ja Vous?
