I do no think the management sold any of their shares. I searched and can not find any records of any transactions. I think the reason that they throw out the bomb shell could be that some people may want to buy more at even lower price advance of a deal (e.g. with GTW). Look at Level One, it dropped big before the Intel deal announcement. Level One insiders are laughing all the way to the bank at the expense of the short sellers.
