Here are the latest short interest figures for INPR:

3.44 million shares short will be a very interesting figure to monitor for the next few months. Now that the stock is below 5, most every investor will be unable to short it. The only folks with that ability will be the holders of that floorless convertible debt. If we see this short interest continue to go up, we'll know that these floorless guys are trying to short the company to zero through dilution. If this figure remains stable or goes down, we'll know that the debt holders believe in the future of INPR.
