Navidec Announces Three New
USWheels.com Markets in Florida and New
York; Rapidly Signing New Markets
Increases Nationwide Penetration of
USWheels.com

PR Newswire - March 04, 1999 08:30

DENVER, March 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuing the nationwide expansion
of its USWheels.com network of auto buying web sites, online automotive
solutions developer Navidec Inc. (Nasdaq: NVDC), today announced
plans to develop regional USWheels.com sites in Miami-Fort Lauderdale,
West Palm Beach, Fla. and Albany, N.Y. Miami-Fort Lauderdale's
SouthFloridaWheels.com, West Palm Beach's GoldCoastWheels.com and
Albany's UpstateWheels.com will provide auto buyers with the fastest and
easiest way to research, finance and buy a new or used vehicle from a local
dealer.

The sites will be developed in partnership with West Palm Beach's CBS
station, WPEC NEWS 12; Miami-Fort Lauderdale's ABC station, WPLG
Channel 10; and Albany's CBS station, Channel 6 WRGB, joining 10 other
regional sites already part of the USWheels.com network. Under Navidec's
current development plan, the USWheels.com network expects to reach 40
markets by the end of the year. Each site will feature more than 100,000
pages of vehicle research and a continually updated searchable inventory
from the area's leading auto dealers.

"Navidec's proven online automotive expertise allows us to create
successful sites that are revolutionizing how vehicles are bought and sold in
major U.S. markets," said Ralph Armijo, president and CEO of Navidec.
"These sites add to our expanding presence in the online automotive industry
and on many heavily visited web portals like Excite, Netscape and
WebCrawler."

From general vehicle specifications and pricing to side-by-side vehicle
comparisons and exclusive third-party reviews by Motor Trend, these sites
will arm consumers with everything necessary to determine and buy the
perfect vehicle. Differentiating itself from other auto buying web sites, sites in
the USWheels.com network contain the up-to-date inventory of the area's
top auto dealers and a secure online financing and approval process.

JD Power and Associates recently reported that one in four auto buyers use
the Internet in their purchase. This number is expected to continue growing.
Both sites will provide area dealers with an easy way to showcase their
inventory online and reach the growing population of Internet auto shoppers.
Additionally, the online credit application and approval process provides
dealers with a new stream of pre-approved customers shopping their lots
24-hours a day.
