whiskey, Big companies live life with law suits. What is one more. I think if the prospect is good the partners can easily raise another 8.5 million. That is especially true if the two upper zones produce profitably since they would also be intersected by the new well and which would provide a fail safe to the new well. We need to see the production test results. Can anyone verify by a public release that there were flares produced during the drilling. Gas at 20,000 feet should have a high pressure and be quite productive if the formation is of any thickness and porosity. Bob
