Loring: After the bell on Friday - Buyouts on Monday This NOVL employee meeting will take place Friday, after the bell, per the above posting. Most take overs of this size happens on a Monday Morning. IBM took over LOTUS on a Monday morning. COULD IT BE.....IBM OR HWP ???
