Kiam, II was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors in February 1998. Mr. Kiam is chairman of Remington Products, L.L.C., a manufacturer, distributor and marketer of electrical shavers and other consumer products based in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Mr. Kiam also serves on the boards of directors of several other consumer product companies. Of course, you'll counter by saying that he's not a "titan of industry", etc. Have a great evening, Steve
