You are not saying that 'selling' has something to do with the price of the stock I hope. If you or anyone believe that it could be stretching the truth a bit as the management gets only about 6 months during the year in which they can sell and they often sell regardless of the price of the stock. If the stock price had anything to do with one wouldn't think they would have sold it last year,year before last or the years before that-now would they? PS:I couldn't make out from your post whether it was your contention or someone else was making that comment.
