bobgh, This opinion is closer to mine but the Economist is a respected resource and the Mckinsey strategy of market share acquisition through turning on the taps has a certain sensibility I had never considered prior to this article. Afterall the Majors are consolidating and the Arab Nations could fight back their emerging power through a low cost, market share domination. DrRisk
