Jeff, re ISP: Don't know if they have Teleport where you are. 195.00/yr (or 19.95/mo) gets you:

~ unlimited service (rarely busy);

~ no advertising or software or gimics or whatever, it's clear;

~ the tech support is human, answers the phone and knows what they're doing;

~ and you get 5MB space free for your own web/pg, storage, whatever.
