Dave: with all due respect I did not say private convertible offering; or anything private, or exercisable warrants or convertible preferred: it's going into the market and buying: remember: some firms do make investments. My goodness: try to stop inventing fantasies about navr's ubiquitous descent: you're beginning to sound like some of the fantasy possessed longs!
