Law suit. Past performance etc. On the other hand it is a contrarian play. The current price of a stock does not reflect its value. Its value is what you paid for it what you sold it for and the time frame it took to do the above. I would say that at 10,00 units a week it is worth seeing what their next quarter earnings are. Time will tell. And yes MP3 is awesome But then again so is fear and ignorance
