Thanks for the info Ed. It makes more sense to buy on the open market when the stock price comes close to the paper price insiders are buying it for. Previously, when the stock was up around $3.00, buying this stock was just a way for insiders to print money and stick it in their pockets. It is much more attractive at this level.
