This is an excellent interview with Sportsman's Guide. Serious investors should read it. Olen has a good philosophy on how to run and grow his company. It is currently growing at 15%.

Sportsmans Guide put its first catalog on-line today. One thrust mentioned in the interview not yet realized is putting Sportsman's Guide banners on popular search engines.

The internet costs about 3-1/2% less than a phone order. Taken over millions of dollars revenue, this small number adds up.

Clearly, SGDE is not a momentum investors play, but given time with Sportsman's Guide excellent management team, this investment will be rewarding.
